What is your cancellation policy?All of our on-demand suite spaces are available hourly and professionally cleaned daily. With no hidden fees, maintenance worries, or contracts, Suite Spaces offers high flexibility when you need it most. Access to Suite Spaces Orlando is available weekdays 8 am- 8 pm and weekends 8 am- 7 pm.

How do your memberships work?Our Suite Space membership is $37 per month. With the membership, you have access to reserve your favorite space when you need it most for $18 per hour. There are no annual contracts, no long term commitments, and you can cancel any time after your first month. We just ask for a 30 day notice to cancel your membership.

What about privacy?We have sound machines with volume control available throughout Suite Spaces.

What will my client experience when coming to Suite Spaces?Our concierge service will welcome your clients and provide them a tour of the included facilities. Your clients will feel right at home with complimentary assorted beverages, restrooms, showers and lockers available for their use. Towels, robes, and slippers are available upon request. Our concierge will notify you of your client's arrival.

What is the minimum booking duration?The minimum booking duration is 15 minutes.

What shared facilities can I use?Fully equipped kitchens, restrooms, and laundry facilities are available for your convenience.

Is there parking available?Yes, complimentary parking is available on site in our parking lot for you and your clients.
